Okay, so which would you rather give up for a month caffeine or processed foods? I Want to cut out processed foods anyways, so I would go with processed foods I want to get into the habit of eating like healthier whole foods as opposed to anything processed

I'm going to say process because I'm actually doing that right now I have a cup of sugar issues and so I had to give a processes for like two months and I've done three weeks so far and it's honestly not that bad so yeah if I could choose a good caffeine by right now

I would cut out caffeine, because I don't really run on caffeine, because I run on 8 hours of sleep. So, I think I'm good.
