Did your relationship with your parents as a child or a teenager or even now affect your mental health either for the good or for the bad because I would love to know I personally feel like I have done both at multiple times in my life sometimes it's my relationships with my parents do you not Make my mental health very good and I have to step away for a while but then there is other times where you know they don't really have an affect on it and I try not to let them but I think it's a really interesting topic to talk about because we all have such different parental figures and relationships with our parents
Yeah that's fair I totally left the part of the swear like other family members can absolutely also have a negative and also positive impact on us but unfortunately it can be a negative one
That's so awesome it's super good when parents guardians are good at character development and pouring into their children and their young ones around them and it's awesome that some older people are really good at that
I think it was overall for the good but now that I'm older I'm seeing things that were bad and still affect me know which I'm trying to work through and you know we're all working process our progress so
That makes a lot of sense there's a lot of things to in my life that now I'm like oh that makes sense why I reacted this way because my parents like brought me up one way or would make me think a certain way and now that I have my own kind of life I know that not all of its true
