Ladies ladies ladies if you have a vagina listener I Gotta know what app you let you use for your menstrual cycle I have been using flow since I was I don't know literally since I realize it was a thing to track your periods but I don't know it's just gonna be sick and I've always had that one so I'm wondering if everybody else uses that one or if there's a different app that is better or easier for checking your menstrual cycle

I have actually went to old school methods using a calendar. I pretty much found out that a lot of the period tracking apps will sell your period information to different places or whatever and you know with everything that's going on with the road versus weight and stuff like that, I just found it a little too risky with you know if I happen to have miscarriage, I could get in trouble for it, and I just don't want to go about with all

You know, I think I heard about something little about this a while ago, but ever so slightly I didn't really keep it in my brain locked in but now that you mention it it Definitely is going to deter me from using any of those apps because that's horrible like I really appreciate you for coming on here and sharing that knowledge. Thank you so much, other.

The app that I use to track my menstrual cycle is my brain. So I definitely don't use the app. I just try to estimate when it'll come. When my boobs are getting tender, that's how I know it's coming. That's my app, my boobs.

Are use an app that's literally called. App if I'm using it for so many years it's kind of accurate I don't know if it's not accurate or if my cycle just all over the place sometimes over the most part is around my period and coming around the same time of absence it's going to it's never been like way off so I don't really find a reason to switch so I will continue using that one

Are use the flow but I've noticed it's not been like really accurately so I literally just been taking ovulation tests and marking everything down my calendar so I know the ETA on how I should be feeling
