Does anybody use an alternative for their pasta that's like a healthier option? I haven't really ever looked into it, but I've been hearing a lot about it lately. So I want to know if you've tried any and like what's the easiest cheapest to cook? Because your girl don't got a bunch of money out here to be sending a bunch of money. So let me know what are your pasta alternatives and what is the like quickest, easiest, cheapest way to do that.

There's some zero calorie noodles. And it's like in a Japanese section, in a cultural section, in a grocery store. I forget what they're called, but they should shut it up.

One of the pastas I get is higher in protein. I cannot remember the name of it, but I get it for my daughter because she is autistic and she has like a severe eating disorder to where she won't eat a lot of things, but she will eat like spaghetti noodles and it's like one higher protein.

My go to noodle is the share talking noodles they are a part of the Japanese culture are it's it's created by the income is from sorry comes from the con Jack yam and that they're typically thin noodles translucent I'm Angela Ness which can turn some people off to Linus but they're really good at absorbing flavor and if you have allergies like to wheat or egg or anything else there
