What are some ways that you avoid or lessen your stress when you feel it coming? My top two have got to be the first one to go to the gym. That's my favorite thing to do. I go almost every day. And the second one is to kind of take some moment for myself, listen to music, and just really focus on what I need to do next, and I really focus on what's happening in the moment.

Taking some self care for myself and definitely just making myself a priority like making sure that I get a good workout in every single day really helps me destress and helps me have a clear mind if that makes sense

No yeah I get you but that's what I always tell people that they're in my circle whenever they're stressed I recommend them to go work out or to go train or anything because other than it being a physical workout it really helps you mentally to

Mine would definitely be taking a deep breath counting to 10 and if that doesn't work then going for a walk

I love his because I've been practicing that and counting to 10 whenever I am stressed or whenever I feel any type of anxiety come in I start counting down from 10 and I'm actually taking a walk right now you should just come in I just really want to log not really no matter what time it is but if it is late 80s my boyfriend and my dog with me

For me, I love going for a long walk on this nature trail by my house. I put my earbuds in, listen to my music, and I just vibe out. And that's like one of my favorite things to do. It brings my stress level all the way down. like it's very effective.

I love this so much for you mother nature really does herself especially when you're stressed or feeling some type away if you go out and just take a walk it instantly switches your mood up

Yes I feel like this is so underrated because a lot of people tend to go all out to relieve stress aching me I try to do every single little thing to try to release my stress but then with the simplest thing just turning on music and it helps so so much and it's just fun it's fun to listen to different types of songs

Man mindfulness is some thing that not a lot of people practice because it can be something super difficult to remember in the moment but the fact that you're saying that you even reminded me because sometimes I just get too overwhelmed with work might happen or can happen without realizing that 9095% of things that we stress about done in the company during the week so thank you for the reminder

My first thing is probably working out in a gym just to ease my mind and probably playing video games so I can keep my mind off of something that's stressing me.

Yes this is what I was telling somebody else to I was telling them that gym working out training isn't knowledge is about the physical it really really helps you with your mental and with your spiritual as well I hope you get into that balance and video games playing games are sometimes the most simplest thing to do in a lot of people to mess with that but I love being installed on my phone it just really helps with the stress

I don't know, I have that same question too sometimes about why some random people are popping up on my feed even though I've never listened to them, they're just popping up, but maybe if you, I don't know, maybe you also listen to other health people because I'm always talking about fitness, health and mental health well and wellness so if you've ever listened to any of that maybe it's just like similarities that pop up I don't know

Journaling and listening to music really helps me a lot. Every time I have a lot on my mind it really helps to just sit down and let it all lose on a piece of paper and I would say maybe yoga and meditating also.

When I feel stressed I normally just like take a quick shower and you know think about everything and normally after the shower I can just go kind of just figure out what I need to do

Oh my goodness that reminded me of something I heard some thing ones that the places where are you get the best ideas from is when you're either using the restroom taking a shower or working out because I think your mind gets in a relaxed day and you're able to think calmly but at the same time rationally I don't know is I don't know where I heard I think you from a podcast but it's really interesting

You wanna know what I do? Every day. I get up. I tell myself that everything will be okay. Even though it won't. And I know nobody will care. And nobody will even listen to what I have to say. For even a few fucking seconds. And I am just so done with it. I'm going to jump off of our fucking roof.
