I've always done in the evenings but recently I started going in the morning and that's a lot more constant. You're less likely to miss it and come up with an excuse not to go.
Mostly midnight. You know, that's when barely anyone's there. It's like you have the whole gym to yourself. Get things done and you feel great. And get a good night's sleep.
I am not a morning person. I go at 8 30 p.m after work pretty much every weekday and it's honestly pretty empty. I think people that wake up at 4 or 5 a.m to go to the gym are insane.
