I start to notice that I'm getting stressed when I start to get super irritable for like no reason. I'll get super mad over, I don't know, I'll literally trip on the air and just get so frustrated and feel like I need to scream and like punch the air or everything just ticks me off. And then I'm like, why am I so frustrated? Like I have no reason to be upset. And then I realized that it's because I'm stressed. Stress can cause you to do freaking crazy things and I always get so irritable.
