Drinking iced coffee for me is in the long term healthier than pouring a hot cup of coffee because, hear me out, I put way more sugar and creamer in my hot coffee than I do in my iced coffee because in my iced coffee I only put creamer. I don't put sugar because it won't like melt in here. Sometimes I'll make a at-home syrup but I'll make it with less sugar so it's less sugar, but ultimately when the coffee is cold I put less ingredients in it and I just think that's funny. I was just sitting here thinking about that. So I'm wondering if you do the same thing or if you put the same amount of like sugar and creamer and whatnot in both of them.
