So normally I get six to eight hours of sleep as well, but sometimes it's short into five hours. It's because I get really overwhelmed and I feel like I got to do like a million things at once. And so I know this sounds really bad, but I feel overwhelmed even sleep because I'm like, wait, but I have this and I have that. So even going to bed is a bit hard, which I'm trying to work on. So, but I'm glad you brought up this conversation for sure.
