How much sleep do you get a night because I'm good with like 6 to 8 hours a night but my wife loves to get like eight literally 14 hours a night and I'm wondering how do you think that your sleep affects your health both your physical and your mouth and mental health because I think that it has a huge effect and I would love to know your opinion on that

You work the night shift wow I have never worked the night shift so I've never been on a schedule where I wake up when the sun get around me and I go to sleep when I I got up but I can't imagine

I feel that I feel that sometimes I'll like stay up until 3 AM and then be up by 5 AM and I'm like OK cool I don't know how that happened

I got about four 4 1/2 hours of sleep I take the night times really communicate and bond with my spouse at night but I love watching the sun come up so I make sure I'm awake to watch the sunrise in case it's pretty

I get probably three to four hours most nights, sometimes six, occasionally eight. My daughter's autistic, so she doesn't sleep at night. It makes it so rough, it affects my mental and my physical.

Wow I can only imagine how getting 34 hours a night would affect you in so many ways but you're doing amazing as someone has autism you are doing awesome being there for your daughter

Yeah sleep is super important I feel like for physical and mental health and like especially if you're going out to a job, if your job requires a lot of like mental stimulation like sleep is so so so important.

So before baby I was getting in between seven and eight and after baby I'm getting maybe four hours asleep at night

I cannot I cannot believe we got so much less sleep now but how long do you think it's gonna take to be able to get like six hours or something you know like when do you think baby's going to sleep like like to eight hours

Oh yeah I pretty soon but every baby is different so I cannot guarantee that he will sleep 6 to 8 hours in a couple months

No my second she was sleeping six hours the time we brought her home and she was sleeping through the night by the time she was 10 months old so I'm hoping the babies the same but I can't guarantee

It was actually a recent study done that women that get 10 to 12 hours of sleep at night thrive better do better mentally and physically emotionally throughout the day where is men can thrive off of 78 hours

Bro that's crazy literally my wife gets like 10 to 12 hours of sleep a night so I guess just driving that's fine as long as one of us are driving but I love that where did you even see that

I came across a video a couple months ago of a psychologist talking about it. And yeah, that's wild. 10 to 12 hours? I don't even get a half of that.

For years I only got 4 1/2 hours and that's not a brag that's terrible very very terrible now I do get my eight hours most of the time but I absolutely need at least six

I've been staying up at five in the morning for no reason. It is currently three in the morning I just decided to go on my phone in the middle of the night because I just realized I'm probably not gonna sleep tonight. I have to get ready for some family shit at like 630 and I just I'm gonna die

There's so many phases like that. I feel like sometimes I never sleep or sometimes I will sleep like 24 hours a day There's no in between with me to be honest.
