What's your post workout routine like so most days I end up going to the gym really late like 7 PM or 8 PM and get home at nine or 10 so I just eat a really quick snack to replenish my muscles and then put my dog to bed and I am Then take a shower

I tend to work out in the morning so post-workout really is just to have a smoothie, take a shower, and then go to work!

Since I usually work out midday while my kids are napping, I always make sure to stretch, drink lots of water, take a quick shower, and so then I am good and ready for the day. I try to eat good post-workout food, but I just haven't figured out like what I want to do with that

Yeah I can't I have seen mine is very similar except I put my go to sleep inside of my dog and I take a shower and go to bed

I have a day for me. I wake up at 10 if I got class at 10 if I know I'll be sleeping all day. I ate was in the refrigerator or cooked something in the defreezer or I just fryer fried some.

Yeah, so usually after the gym, you know, I'll just come home protein shake shower sleep Because yeah, you know the same as you are you go to jump quite late. So I don't have time to do much

Dude 8 o'clock is late for you I go at like 11 but that's besides the point post workout routine I normally get done working out I go and I got me some white castle are you my protein a shower and then I go to sleep

Yeah 8 o'clock is pretty late because my gym closes at 10 so you're lucky your gym is open late so I'd probably go later if that was the case for me
