Since my daughter is a picky eater and I worry a lot about her not eating enough I went to some researching online and finding different ways to get her to eat more so that I don't have to worry 24 seven about her getting enough and I found a few different ideas I really liked and one of them we use pretty often especially at breakfast and it's an idea to put your food on a screw or so like you're put like mini waffles on there with different fruit like cut up fruit like grapes and strawberries my daughter loves it she thinks it's so fun to eat it like that and like I'll put food on there that like she normally wouldn't eat and she'll even take one bite and even one bite is a win like if you're a mom that has a picky eater you know that one bite is a win so definitely recommend trying that obviously have to watch them because the ends are Sharp so you have to wash them and make sure that you're not giving it to a smaller child my daughter is three so it works out for her
