So my kids really love apple juice and Sunny D and I thought before I became a mom that my kids would never drink juice just because of the sugar intake. Like there's so much sugar in these juices. Like I was so surprised once when I saw how much actually was in them. So I always make sure that if they do get them that they're watered down. Like I water them down so much. Like it'd probably be 75% water because I'm so worried about how much sugar is in these juices. But I recently saw on TikTok this mom was giving her daughter um V8 juices that had like vegetables and fruits in them. So I started my kid I started giving them to my kids and they love them. They're still a lot of sugar in these V8 juices but I just feel more comfortable for some reason giving them V8 juices rather than like apple juice and Sunny D. So let me know if you guys let your kids drink juice and if not do they just drink water or what other alternatives do you give them?
