So I've been hearing recently a lot about red dye 40 and how horrible it is for you and your children, especially young toddlers and just young children, and it just has horrible side effects when ingesting it. And I never heard anything about red dye 40 before till just recently. And I found out actually that a lot of the foods that my kids are eating have red dye 40 in them, because actually a lot of foods just in general have red dye 40 in them. And so I'm currently researching and trying to find alternatives to all these foods so that I can cut it out of my kids diet. So let me know if you guys have already cut out red dye 40 and how it's going for you guys.
