Okay so do you cut your electronics at a certain time or even before bed did you know that doing so can actually help improve the quality of your sleep so if you can't sleep feeling tired I recommend to try going off your phone for 30 minutes before bed and see if it helps you also even drinking a glass of milk before but I find that really helps me get a good night rest if you don't know what to do in that 30 minutes literally reading a book talking to your partner hang with the cats or even wash your face and getting ready for bed makes time go pretty fast
So I'm really bad at putting my phone down before bedtime like really bad case of the scrolls however I do take breaks off of my phone throughout the day I just need to work on that time I think
If I put the TV on and I'm tired, I will fall asleep in 0.5 seconds. But if I leave it off and just try to lay there in the darkness, I'm going to struggle to fall sleep. I don't know why, that's just how it is.

I don't because most of my clients are overseas so their workday is like right when I'm going to bed And so that's the time when I'm like messaging everyone and working is like right before I sleep
