So I just finished my third session of Pilates this week and the trainer that I have is absolutely amazing like she does such a good job I don't know she's like she makes it like everything burns so much and like I hate the burn but I love the burns weird I don't know but I'm yeah I'm just wondering if I should do another session this week arm and do four in total but I feel like I'll tomorrow might not be able to walk so will see
