So I talked about this quite a while ago, but I was asking about like how you do pilates and gym during the same week and things like that but I Was so excited because I stepped out on my comfort zone and I went for an offer that is pretty much like you do for pilates sessions per week and now I've been feeling really sort of bad in the gym and like You know haven't really been performing to my best So I was like I'm gonna try this out. It goes for five weeks and I'm actually so excited for it And I'm hoping that I can come out with some good results like with core strength and flexibility because they're my main focuses I'm not really looking to increase muscle mass at the moment, but I mean if I get lean muscle mass I mean that's a bonus too. So yeah, I'm excited.
