OK I wanna know how do you track your progress do you do body measurements before and after pictures do you need to look at the scale more or just how your clothes fits let me know I tend to do my body measurements and before and after photos I occasionally weigh myself just to see where I'm at but I try not to pay too much mind to that because it does fluctuate a lot

I don't really track my progress myself. I know there's apps that you could use to track progress. I sometimes feel like they're not very efficient unless you have an actual watch that's tracking your movement.

I try to check my progress by taking pictures and stuff so I can see you like where are used to be in where I'm now but it's hard girl I feel like I've been working out for like two years straight and I feel like barely progress but my pants don't be fitting

I should be better at tracking my health progress. Whenever it comes to body mass I like measuring rather than weighing myself. Also, just the way I feel if I I feel like energetic, that's a good thing.

I would say besides measurement I won't know because of how my clothes fit

So I did use the scale but I just now recently about two almost three weeks ago I stopped using a scale because it was making me crazy. So I just go up on how my clothes fit.

When it comes to gym results, I like to measure myself, although I haven't done it in quite some time. I have noticed progress with the way my clothes feel, but that's more like me noticing and trying to.

I think pictures, scales, scales are a bit misleading sometimes but essentially pictures and like how your clothes fit you.
