OK I wanna know how do you track your progress do you do body measurements before and after pictures do you need to look at the scale more or just how your clothes fits let me know I tend to do my body measurements and before and after photos I occasionally weigh myself just to see where I'm at but I try not to pay too much mind to that because it does fluctuate a lot
I'll check my progress through like different apps so basically like my fitness pal like OK I'm putting in the foods I'm eating every day and I make and I am also just like I guess I have a mental checklist in my head
I normally keep track but like I guess photos because you know I do a lot of body photos other than that maybe like how my clothes fit and stuff but maybe check my weight everything subway football and try to get bigger but checking awake and slow
Don't know if I finished that but I was just gonna say like checking your way could sometimes be bad though because it makes you feel self-conscious about your weight or whatever.
