I work out around four times a week and I try to do an active rest day but it usually doesn't happen just because I'm always so busy are used to go up to six times a week back in my peak physique but now I'm just trying to maintain how many times a week do you guys work out I know some people just do 2 to 3 and that was me for a while a couple months ago but I'm trying to do 4 to 5

I love working out so I do six to eight times a week and I do the Arnold split which is so Amazing. I've been doing it for three weeks.

Bestiana! I have a question for you because you are a fit beautiful woman. When it comes down to your period, do you still work out when you have your period? what you do if you do still work out.

Hey girl yeah I actually try to incorporate workouts on during my period but if I feel too sick I honestly skip and I usually use it as a day to do the load stuff so I go lighter and just walk

Not as much as a shirt all I do is bake every single day and then don't do any other kind of thing besides cardio and certain leg workouts but a soon enough

Yeah besides that I used to swim every day but yeah as soon enough if I lived somewhere where I could claim that would be cool too but for now it's heavy amount like they every day but soon upper body pull ups are fancy
