I work out around four times a week and I try to do an active rest day but it usually doesn't happen just because I'm always so busy are used to go up to six times a week back in my peak physique but now I'm just trying to maintain how many times a week do you guys work out I know some people just do 2 to 3 and that was me for a while a couple months ago but I'm trying to do 4 to 5

Hey girl yeah I actually try to incorporate workouts on during my period but if I feel too sick I honestly skip and I usually use it as a day to do the load stuff so I go lighter and just walk
Not as much as a shirt all I do is bake every single day and then don't do any other kind of thing besides cardio and certain leg workouts but a soon enough
Yeah besides that I used to swim every day but yeah as soon enough if I lived somewhere where I could claim that would be cool too but for now it's heavy amount like they every day but soon upper body pull ups are fancy
