When I eat out I tend to try to go for grilled chicken or shrimp or fish and I try to avoid too many fried foods and I try to just drink soda or a diet and I just lay off the desert what do you usually do
Yeah, I do too. When I eat out, I usually end up eating out at like a Thai place because that's one of my favorite places to go. And I feel like most Thai food is pretty healthy, So I usually eat healthier going out than eating at home sometimes.
For eating out I typically try to be on the lighter side and just I'm not like over eating and then go to Laura fed options less bright stuff and then just work on it on the backend by going for like a sprint done some lives at the end of the day
For eating out, it's a fucking mood. And that's the same way at home too. Like, if I'm craving a motherfucking salad, I'm gonna eat it. But if I'm craving a motherfucking pizza, I'm gonna eat it. It's listening to your body.
also what I would normally do is to order something that I'm not able to cook or that I don't know how to make that recipe at home so for me it's worth it to buy it outside.
Totally love your input and I also try to order things that I usually don't cook but most of the time I do try to do healthy but sometimes I'll get a burger or some yummy dish
