So guys what works best in your favor? Do you prefer an empty gym or do you love a busy one? I know that for me I love an empty gym it just I'm focused on me I don't have to worry about many people there so I like to be in that solitude in a sense but I know so many people who love a busy gym because it gives them an opportunity to make a new friend to get tips and pointers from other people and they just love the energy of having other people around them. So what works best for you?

I prefer an empty gym because to be honest I'm very impatient and I have seen so many people text and waste their time at a machine that it brings down my own endurance level and by the time I'm on the machine, like I have lost motivation.

You know, I never thought about that. Um, for me, I just like an empty gym because I'm just thinking of one less person looking at me.

yeah like I like that or I like being one of the very first people at the gym I don't know why like it makes me feel like I got dibs on certain machines before anyone else gets there? I don't know.

I'm an empty gym I hate having that mean obviously it's going to happen but I would prefer not having to wait a long time for like different weights or machines and that kind of thing

Yeah, I don't know what it is. Like I know we're in a shared space. I'm very aware of that. I don't mind socializing with people occasionally. But when I'm waiting for like a machine for a long time, I start to get anxious, like it bugs me.

I like empty gyms because I like to have access to the machines all the time. And I don't go there for the people in the first place, so I like to just stick my headphones on and be able to go to any machine I want without having to clean it or wait my turn.

I know, I can't tell you how many times I've completely left the gym from feeling so anxious to ask someone if they're done with the machine or having to wait around for it. You know what I mean?

Honestly, I prefer an empty gym that way I can use all the machines whenever I want.

Oh, I love an empty gym. No loud noises, no people staring at you while you work out. Just pure silence and concentration. I love it.

You know what I just realized that is also an underrated amazing thing about an empty gym is no crowding around a machine that you would like to work out on or a new machine you've never worked out on? I love that.

I have performance anxiety. I do not want anyone around me watching me do anything like exercise or chores or whatever it is. So I would definitely want an empty gym.

I definitely prefer an empty gym because then you feel like you can use whatever you want whenever you want So I definitely prefer an empty so that way you don't have to wait for something that you want to use.

You know what's my favorite part of the gym that no one really talks about is that like when you're working out You don't have to worry about someone like being right next to you or wondering if they're gonna take another machine away from you I mean

I feel like people don't talk about this enough like shy girlies that love the gym like we still love to go to the gym we're just extremely shy and we want to learn new machines and we would prefer to not have to do it around other people.

I also enjoy anti-germ because when there's nobody in the gym that's when I know that for one like I can get on any piece of machinery or equipment to knock out whatever I have to knock out and just be done

I also feel like sometimes my workouts go a little bit quicker because I don't have to like you said like have to worry about people like using machines that you might want to use you can bust out your workout and then like go home
