As a mom the terms of care sounds amazing right like yeah I need to do that more but finding that time to actually do it and stick with it every day or every week is like impossible right because if you're a new mom you're still trying to figure out the schedule and find out what works for you you're probably hardly sleeping because of the schedule and then if you're a toddler mom you know your kids are probably still hardly sleeping if they're anything like my kids and then if you're a stay at home mom you can't kids are constantly with you even when you go to the bathroom if you're working mom same thing once when you get home they're with you 24 seven so funny that time is like impossible right like we're constantly doing some thing and we feel like we constantly have to be doing some thing but if you can find even five minutes when you're laying in bed at the end of the night or when you're rocking your kid to sleep or feeding your baby to see if you good things about yourself like I love that I did this with my kids I love that I did this I am a good mom just saying that war Make your day so much better

This is such a good thing I truly want to bring and seeing some words of affirmation into my daily routine
