It takes a lot of time to cook meals and it also takes a lot of prep starting from coming up with your grocery list going grocery shopping bring it all home deciding what meal to make prepping it and then actually eating it so I'm wondering if you have any tips and tricks to make this process a little bit faster a little bit quicker and easier to enjoy because of course I wanna make food at home but sometimes it's just a lot of work and I just opt for toast and peanut butter
Yeah I can't stand the whole process of like having to eat something and cooking a meal but I find like meal prepping it's like give or take sometimes but sometimes I find it easier to meal prep
Meal prep the veggies because those like you can reheat and you won't kind of get like weirded out by were like I'm picky about meat so like I'll cook the meat fresh but sometimes I'll prep the veggies like ahead of time for a few days
Yeah, so that just kind of helps take the load off of not having to cook every single thing that night. But girl, grocery shopping stresses me out every single week. You'd think I'd be used to it by now.
Honestly I make time for it that's like the easiest thing I can do it on the weekends to know it's you have to kind of be discipline with it that's I'm just gonna say it's not easy
