In my opinion I don't think postpartum depression is talked about enough I don't think that a lot of moms realize the signs of postpartum depression I was 18 when I had my daughter I knew nothing about what to look for or signs that I was going through it and so I suffered for a long time in silence because I assumed that it was just you know me being sad or whatever and I would get through it on my own but I wanted to share with you some signs that if you are experiencing you may want to talk with a professional because it might be signs that you do have postpartum depression so if you're not bonding with your baby you're having trouble bonding with your baby you're feeling an overwhelming amount of sadness or just you just physically can't get out of bed I just don't want to get out of bed those are both signs of postpartum depression so what are some signs that you guys know that are postpartum Depression

Definitely agree, postpartum is not talked about as much as it should be, and I wish people were more open to talking about it. And like, I had my mom there to support me, so I'm grateful for that. And I got through it. I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to do it, but I'm going to do it.
