I hope this picture doesn't trigger anyone but I have been on a pomegranate like crazy lately. I love them so much. I've been prepping them and I don't really eat snacks but it's kind of in my snack this past week so I wanted to know what to go to fruit lately. Put me on to something. Maybe there's stuff that I haven't been trying. They're so basic. I don't know what else I could not have tried already. Let me know.

Right now I've been making my morning smoothie a really daily smoothie with strawberries bananas and mangoes frozen them and yup and I've been I've been into that recently

When you do your smoothies, do you mix them up with water or do you mix them up with milk?

So I try not to consume as much dairy as possible and so I put fruit juice in it or water and a tip is if you put bananas in your smoothies the ripe or the banana the sweeter it'll be

Fruit juice? Do you mean like like orange juice or like a berry juice like from Chop Canna or Minute Maid? Or is there like a specific thing of fruit juice that don't know about. I don't like bananas but what I do use is avocados.

It's just been berries for me strawberries blueberries raspberries blackberries pineberries netches Then my go-to chop them up throw some poppy seeds and some lime juice on there fire

You know what's crazy is whenever I want like a drink or smoothie I get those but I've never had like actually eaten those fruits individually ever yet. You're inspiring me for me to make a fruit bowl this week.

I definitely make those like berry fruit bowls all the time. Like I said lime and some poppy seed, it's fire. And if you throw some whipped cream or cool whip on the side, it's just a great fire.

Hi Moonlight, love apples and pears took a step back for them for a while but those are good. Pears get, I don't know, sometimes they taste like static TV to me after a while, but they're okay.

In regards to how I do the pomegranate seeds, I used to buy them, but they're like six bucks for a small amount of like half of one side. side. So this is what I do.

I usually buy four to six of them at a time, but they're worth it. And then after that, I cut them in half and put them in ice baths. it gets so cold, the flesh on it.

Oh my god, this is so long. So the flesh on the inside, it gets frigid, making it easy for you to literally, and when I say literally slap the seeds out from the back side and I just put them in a container.

So when it comes to the stains, like, I don't know, it personally does really bother me, like, and I don't really get many stains, but the ways that I do them don't really require me having to touch the juices so much.

I've really been enjoying frozen grapes, particularly the red frozen grapes kind of helps my sweet tooth when I have it, when I don't want to have like junk food. It's really good.

Lately it's been bananas. We've been eating a lot of bananas, banana bread. Also strawberries is one of my big go-tos, but I eat it the unhealthy way with sugar, typically.

I like strawberries are my favorites and there's ones that are like ua's or like green ones but more like sweet, sweet uas.

Oh, I've never heard of those. Maybe I should try those because a reason why I stopped eating strawberry so much is because of like how sour it got. I love sour stuff but I get allergic to her very quickly. Have you tried the cotton?

Literally same, I grew up on eating fruits because of how much my parents just, they just didn't eat sweets, they didn't eat candy, so I've never really cared for candy either. So like fruits is kind of like my candy.
