So I feel like every afternoon I hit that slump, that afternoon slump where I'm just exhausted and I need some extra caffeine. I'm just curious if anyone else hits that and like what if you have a kind of like a midday caffeine pick me up or snack that kind of helps you push through it in their time and ending the day. For me, I usually actually go for an afternoon drive just to kind of get the kids out of the house and just have a little quiet time and everyone's happy and I always stop at like Sonic or somewhere like there to get like a large Diet ****. No shame in it, but yeah my Diet **** is definitely something that helps me kind of get through the afternoon. Yeah, so I'm just curious do you have something that you like to snack on or sip to help you get to dinner time.

So I usually grab like a Dr Pepper or if I have leftover coffee in the morning because I usually make frappe's in the morning and if I don't drink at all in the morning that I would like put in a glass and I would save an apartment

Put it in the freezer and then I just leave it I always do that just in case if I do end up needing it in the afternoon

And of course if I do feel like I need it I will pull it down from the freezer and put it in the fridge for a little bit that we can thaw out and it still taste so good like I just made it

That sounds amazing do you have a frappe recipe you usually follow and you just kind of wing it I've been wanting to make frappe's in the morning I'm not like a huge fan I just like straight coffee flavor but I like the frappe's cause I have Dino flavor and stuff but

But of course the ones like Starbucks or another coffee shop are extremely expensive so I am I have been looking into making my own frappe at home but I just haven't found quite the right recipe I wanna use yet so let me know if you have a good one

Oh I have is a Mr. coffee three and one frappe machine and like you do your hot coffee and then like it has a setting for ice coffee and frappe's and then I like this frappe that I do

I will usually do like a cup or maybe like a cup and a half of coffee grounds pan how strong I want it that day and then I will add my milk and then my creamer and my sugar

OK totally share more about this new Diet **** because I did not know there was anything out there is it flavored with anything or just more caffeine I love my regular like a normal Diet **** but I would definitely be willing to try something new if it's really good

I know I really shouldn't but I usually do a **** Zero with a nice like a glass cup and some ice. It's just perfect.

I try to stay away from caffeine but lately I've been needing that afternoon pick me up So I know exactly what you mean. I've been trying to get my protein in so I actually got like those premier protein with the caffeine in it I think it's supposed to have like about equal to one coffee

For sure I actually just started and I've got longer also doing premier protein like shakes and air putting in my coffee I'm trying to look in the morning so I'm just so dead and I definitely need to consume more protein I just don't eat much protein at all I think it would keep me fuller longer to

Are used to be the same way and then recently I have started having a really bad coffee aversions and I struggled really bad with like headaches for a while but I kind of like came out of that so I'm kind of glad that I'm not stuck in like
