And I would've wished to work out even more but I think that's also where my mental health declined a lot but because I wasn't working out I maybe worked at worked out a handful of times
Yeah, I have and I actually used an app called Swark It and I also used YouTube videos to like have as references for any workouts I wanted to do great, great, great ways to get exercise in.
I am actually really cool and like I hope it worked out for you cause I know drink overthink a lot of people I want to work on the current so props to you for even just getting up and doing an all of us
I did. I do have chronic illness so I have to be careful with like the intensity of how much I work out But I definitely took walks every day, which I'm really trying to get back to and then also I did a lot of my dancing just at home instead of a studio.
Do you mind me asking if not it's fine chronic illness you have because like I don't love people that have including me cannot live super heavy and there's Emily and I don't know if you called in on this for me but yeah
yet it's actually the same for me I have pots and SVT they're like nervous system conditions and then SVT is like a heart condition so I can't lift anything heavy either so I'm limited by what I can do.
