I suppose before I go to bed I should go ahead and ask the girlies um when you guys have miss flow do you guys still work out like for me I have now needed to take two to three business days away from working out and it's not because I can't it's just that I don't want to have to deal with the anxiety that I would get from over checking myself, you know? So what do you guys do? Do you do it or do you not? I don't know. Should I? I was on such a good like vibe and streak and I feel like this kind of threw me behind a little. It's not the end of the world but what would you guys do? What do you do actually.
Yes it depends my flow isn't very heavy so I do work out as usual but if it's really bad and dumb like I'm cramping a lot I'll just take it a little easier on my lives
Yeah, I should have considered flows. Like for me, I only last three days. So the first two days, massacre. It is, it is, I'm unwell. So I'm just too self-conscious. Shout out to you though.
More power to use this because I can't get myself those first two days are crucial. I cannot even be seen. I'm just too self-conscious about it. I'd rather just do it at home.
Yeah I get you there's just those days where you just do not want to get up and change especially not go out in public and go work out in front of people sometimes I'm scared about that so I'm just on my stand the worst feeling
yeah you get me it's like I feel like this is something I'll have to live with literally forever until I hit menopause because it's just it's just not a mess that I want to deal with. It's not a thought I want to think of.
Well it depends on the day if it's day one and then tell I would just rather stay home and don't do any work out at all because I just want to allow my body to rest
Yeah, I just feel like, you know, I'd rather try to do like an at home workout in the privacy of my home where I can control how I'm feeling about the self consciousness I get from that period of time you know but I agree with what you're saying.
Yeah, I work out during my period. I find it relieves my cramping and also the flow. I don't know if it's like in my head, but I feel like my flow is lighter. So that is why I still work out and I crave it.
Absolutely not. No way. You love that? I can see why it's beneficial. I can definitely see why, but it doesn't work for me. It's not like I haven't tried. It just doesn't work for me. It really doesn't.
I can't do anything the first two days. The first two days I am down. I mean, I feel like women should get two to four days off per month. So no, not the first two days, maybe day four.
Thank God you understand me. You'll never let me down because literally day one and two I'm out of commission. You know, I mean like I personally feel like I should be paid for what I'm going through those first two days
So probably not the very first day of my period but like the days to come yes I enjoy going to yoga and want to. Because it helps my back pain and any pelvic pain and you know I just I want to save space only where
