I think in around an hour give or take for dinner so if you're only working out twice a week but traffic bad game Centre make sense to be in the gym longer
I think a workout should normally last an hour and a half two hours You know I mean if you're You know it should only last over like more than two hours if you're working with someone You know what I mean? A bit other than that. That's my opinion store.
Usually one hour is more than enough to get a decent workout as not everyone wants to become the biggest buffest bodybuilder. Some people like me just want to stay fit and tone and just keep in shape
I mean personally I think a workout shouldn't be over an hour and a half any longer than that then Clearly you're not working as efficient as you can be 2 hours serious drag
To be honest my workouts be like 22 hours delayed damn near to two hours and 30 minutes but I think that's regular I think the most time I've ever worked I was like three hours in for me
About an hour no more than an hour and hour 30 minutes max if you taking a breaks in between depends on the intensity of your workout and amount of ribs that you're doing per each fit or work out when you're done with work at the car
