So I want to know how many days a week that you guys usually go work out and lift weights specifically. I used to go a lot like five or six times a week, but now I go like four times and I like to do every other day. And in my in-between days, I'll do mobility and yoga and I'll go for like a walk or something. So yeah, let me know in the comments how many days you like to work out and why.
It's really good and I think that's the best way to do it is to slowly increase, like if you've been doing three days for a long time and you want to do four, try and add that fourth day and I like it too because I do get a better split with three to four days. you know, you can do legs, arms, arms, legs. I do the same thing basically.
So are you workout and strength training 3 to 4 times a week I want it to be more but just because I'm a stay at home mom it's just hard to be able to go out and do that more often and then I try to sneak in a cardio day if I have the time I feel like I just wanna waste my time doing cardio if I can't put in all my days like strength training as much as possible because I've already seen quite of a difference
Yeah, that's great and you know what? Three to four times is amazing and that's what I do. And I don't really think you need to do any more than that, especially if you're busy and you're like a mom. Like, that's amazing. So don't feel bad at all. I'm doing three to four times a week strength training and I'll do like a cardio day as well. And then the uh for the most part I'll just try and get my steps at like 10,000 a day
