Well, aside from fruits, which obviously is the usual answer, I used to like and I still like to refer to eating yoghurt, so I'm not too sure if that's the healthiest, but I like it and I felt like you don't put in too much calories with that Eva so yeah
So for me it's called I think it's called pro Tien cookie butter they have like once a different flavors and I really like the Oreo one so I will put like a scoop of that it's got like 10 g of protein I think per scoop I put like a scoop of that and like chocolate pudding or even vanilla pudding and it's still like a sweet and not too high in calories versus if I were to eat some more else
