So I want to know how many days a week that you guys usually go work out and lift weights specifically. I used to go a lot like five or six times a week, but now I go like four times and I like to do every other day. And in my in-between days, I'll do mobility and yoga and I'll go for like a walk or something. So yeah, let me know in the comments how many days you like to work out and why.
I go to the four times it just depends on the week since summer break is coming up For me, I'm gonna start going more often. But I like to focus on cardio more.
Oh I work out about four days a week and I lift weights whenever I'm at the gym because I I rollerblade for cardio a lot and I love it and I have free weights at home and when I get to the gym I am always doing the weights there in the machines but it's kind of sporadic because I get really busy and then I can't go so
That sounds like a really good split like you've got going on and I love rollerblading for cardio and I haven't done it in like a year because I've just been busy with these side projects I've got going on but rollerblading so fun and it's such a good form of cardio so yeah keep doing that and keep doing what you're doing in the gym that's like perfect
