So I want to talk about the best time of day to work out based on our hormone health. So between the hours of 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. that's when our cortisol levels are the highest every day. So that is optimally the best time to work out because when we work out it depends on what type of exercise you're doing but it does help lower cortisol levels especially over time. If you exercise too much you can actually increase cortisol levels but for the most part if you are sticking you know to a good schedule it'll help lower it. So I usually work out between these times actually because that just works well with my work schedule and whatever else I've got going on but I know a lot of people work between nine to five so if you work those hours this can be pretty hard to work out. So I want to know when you work out whether it's the morning or the evening before or after work and why so let me know in the comments below.
So when I used to work out I did it the first time in the morning I will arrive to the gym at 6 AM and do my work out until 730 but I am listening to your theory it makes a lot of sense and it seems more beneficial to work out between 10 till 2 PM
Yeah, and ultimately, like, whatever time works for you is the best time, but I just mean, like, biologically and like hormonally, this is like the best time for humans to be working out.
Okay, I learned something new today. I didn't know that and I love that I actually work out during that time period. I usually work out about 1.30 to a clock and so I guess I'm at the end of that but I always feel super motivated and good to do that. I work out during that time just because that's when my kids are taking their naps.
Yay, that's awesome then that you know just so happens the time that you is best for you to work out is one of the best times for you to be working on.
Wow I didn't know that this is a really interesting tip whenever I exercise it's a lot of times before 10 but sometimes it it it it is in that timeframe it's around 11 so but I never knew this is a great to know
Well, I'm glad you learned something new and hopefully it can be helpful, you know, but in all reality, like we're such busy people. Like if you have to work out before or after this time, it's totally okay. I just thought I would share some information with everybody.
Yeah, and that's the only thing that kind of sucks about that, you know, because this is like optimally the best time for us to be working out. But like, if you have to go to work, you can't make it at these times. But it's totally fine if you work out before or after, but just thought it was like a neat little tip to share. You know, hopefully if there are some people that can work out between this time. Hopefully this works well for them.
