I can't believe we just had spring and it's almost going to be summer in about two months I think so the question is since the New Year's resolution says New Year's have you stuck to your resolution to those goals that you promised yourself or you just said to yourself they were going to if you didn't stick to him what are you doing because I need a little bit of help with that and if you didn't then it's OK we're on the same boat but we can definitely get back at them
I get you 100% because sometimes it goes on he said in the beginning of the year we don't really truly want all of those goals is more not for the hype but we're just so excited to do so much so we just are adding a couple of random ones in there but I get where you're coming from but it's OK girl tough times don't last remember tough people do so you're definitely going to get through this
I also can't believe that it's spring. Time is going by really fast, but one of the goals that I set for myself this year is, so I've been working on handstands for like a year and a half and they're really hard and they're challenging and I want to be able to hold one for like 10 seconds straight. So I have just been practicing at least like four to five times a week and and just still working up to that goal. So.
Yes and I believe you're going to get there because you're already sound so determined just by hearing your voice usually only 2 to 3 times is enough but you're going for the five times a week so you're definitely gonna get there without a doubt
I hope things get a ton better for you and something that always helps me through rough times is being reminded just to get 1% better every day because all that we can really control is our attitude and our activity which is what we do so everything else is just to the hands of God he does nothing you leave it alone but you just can't control that so I hope everything is better for you
I think for the most part I have, I definitely don't look worse than I did when I started the year off. So that's already just like a step in the right direction. I tried doing a couple things, trial and error, you know, things have failed. But I think overall, my overall goal was just to look better and feel better. better and I think I think I'm still sticking to it.
Yeah, I actually came across this a couple days ago. I recorded myself saying my New Year's resolutions which were like holistic healing and I forgot what else. been sticking to that so I'm happy.
So one of my goals this year was to start a workout routine and I've been doing that and I'm pretty proud of myself because for the most part I have been consistent. I haven't quit yet and normally by now I would have quit so I'm happy that you know I'm still going still trying to stay motivated and and pushing through even when I'm not motivated.
