Whenever you go to the gym what are three things that you have to take or else you know that work is not going to be good my three things are for sure well the first one obviously water or else you're going to pass out the second one I have to take my bun so I can do dynamic stretching before and stretch afterwards and the last one has to be my AirPods so I can listen to music meanwhile if the gym playlist isn't good
I have to agree with you my water bottle my phone my headphones and I forgot my headphones the workouts definitely probably not happening but also a band to stretch like you said warm up
Read the gym and I was so excited because I was doing I was having a push day I was having chest rise and shoulders and I knew I wanted to go hard and I went over to reach from my headphones the moment I open them know a little later turned on and that's what I said they were completely dead and I still win a hard on my workout but I know that I could've gone harder Certain music
Mine are water, chopsticks, and headphones. I need at least those three things. I can't even just do water on headphones, but like, that's really pushing out.
I can get you 1000% on the Chapstick I always for some reason had to reapply every 2025 minutes because I don't know I guess from like the face I make when I'm pushing or pulling certain way I just rub the Chapstick off and I'm constantly reapplying
I get you sometimes you don't even need all that extra stuff we just really need to go Need to get there and then start up a work out because even me sometimes I'll put it as an excuse from that I have my headphones to not go as hard on a work out or not even gonna work out until I have my headphones charged but that's something I know I have to switch up
