This questions for my girls on here so after you're done with your monthly do you also struggle to get back to the gym or any training that you do do you struggle to get back into the routine of it because the week that I'm on it I'm I'm pretty good like I'm good with my routine I keep on going with my consistency but immediately when I come off of it something happens that I just I'm not feeling anymore and that's when consistency has simply affect because my motivation is literally at zero until the second or third week I'm not sure if I'm the only when I feel like this or is anybody else's
It's interesting because my body is so different like sometimes when I'm having my period I just can't go to the gym and sometimes I'm like killing it in the gym and I really don't struggle to go back after I'm done but if I do struggle it'll be during it I don't know my body so weird
See maybe I'm just weird but I I really feel like when I'm on my period and I'm at the gym I actually like I'm usually like hitting PRs and like I don't go for a PR often but it's like I really don't know what it is but all of a sudden I'm like oh my god today's a PR day and then I I hid it and then I tried to go back and I do it try to do it again and it like I can't hit it so I guess yes but like also
