When you started your fitness journey how did you start it off I started off at a really young age or because I started doing sports at a really young age but I officially started the gym around 1415 years old maybe and that's the time I actually started swimming too so ever since then I've been on and off but now I've been consistent for the pies to do and a half years I believe
I was really young and I was a cheerleader for like nine years I stopped and gained weight and then went and went to the gym and just went back to like do I used to do and it yeah I hope that I was also during Covid times I was like this is needed so yeah
I love this because there's a lot of people that they do some thing that's a passion of theirs like some type of sport and then when that ends they just decide to not do anything anymore they don't wanna do any type of fitness related I don't wanna go to the gym but you went a completely different route and said you know what I have to go back and do something again and he started going back to the gym and started doing all that physical activity which is super super good and so happy for you
Oh no is most of my cousins started that way too they were just a bunch of bodyweight workouts and then slowly started going to the store getting some weights and then when they didn't wanna do that anymore because they run out of space that's when I said I went to the gym as well

That's so crazy a lot of people that I know as well they first started off with the sport and then started slowly transitioning into the gym I was in a couple months ago where are there was this trend going on saying that athletes that used to be a sports and everything that once they graduate of school in their clubs ended furthers words they're on our gym rats were there or not going to join 24 seven and doing some type of fitness
I started back in 2015 because I really just wanted to lose weight and be skinny And I only pretty much did cardio for like three years Honestly, I like I would only do legs and I wouldn't train anything else and then I learned how to lift and I was like lifting But I was not like Consistent with it. I was just like not going I was going in without a plan kind of just joking around and then in 2020 I started like for real for real when COVID and the lockdowns and I got serious about lifting and all that kind of stuff
