What type of cardio would you prefer if you had to do cardio I personally prefer to do kickboxing or boxing days that I don't feel like doing that I like to do salsa no I'm really bad at it let me know what yours is

I went for a run on the beach this morning. That was sick. I like to run. I don't always like the beach, but today... Pretty good.
