Do you guys ever have days where you just don't want to eat? And I'm not doing it to like starve myself because I'm not, I know better than that but I am on a new medication for my depression and it just makes me lose my appetite. Like I could go all day not eating anything and I wouldn't be bothered. But I know I need to eat. It's just like I feel like I just get full so fast. And like I'm really having to force myself to eat and it's just annoying. So I'm wondering if you guys have any suggestions or tips because I am still trying to hit my protein goal and all that other stuff, like hit my macros. But it's definitely become more challenging since I just don't want food.
I feel like protein shakes could really help you out, like a high calorie meal supplement type of shake or even a rice bowl like get some rice, chicken, add some veggies and that should help you get both your calories and your protein.
