You guys, I can't believe we're already into the month of May. I feel like 2023 is just going quick. Um, but I'm wondering, do you have any specific goals for May? For me, I think the only thing I'm really focused on is fixing my sleep schedule because it is very messed up right now and obviously, you know, like sleep is just as important as feeling our body and moving our body. So I feel like I'm doing pretty well in all the other areas of my fitness journey, wellness journey, but except for the sleeping part. So I'm definitely trying to figure out ways to where I can get enough sleep and not oversleep or undersleep. So I'm just curious if you have any specific goals for this month.
Yeah I think mine are the gym I want to continue going to the gym for five times a week really build my strength mate and just want to look better for you know July August summertime I wanna I want me to be like my pre-summer workout month and then financially I wanna build my income and have more income streams invest more menu connections of people and just get onto the right path what about you
Those are some awesome God so you know I think financial like financial stability for sure for me as a big one I'm about to start a new job one that'll be a lot better for me so I'm really excited and then just trying to get my sleeping pattern down on the gym and nutrition and doing pretty good on but just I'm not sleeping enough so I need to really try to fix that
I'm yeah so I want to start meal prepping again and tracking my macros just to see if I can maybe drop a few pounds this this month my goal is to drop 10 pounds total so if I can get another like 2 to 4 pounds off this month I'd be happy
Nice you got this I also I'm trying to lose a little bit of weight and 20 pounds total I'm not in a rush to lose at five if I can drop like three or 4 pounds this month as well that be cool yeah so I hope that everything goes well for you
