What's up everyone happy Monday I just started my new job today and I'm super proud of myself because I made myself meal prep at least my lunches for the week because I won't be home for lunch I'll be home for breakfast and dinner right now but I am lunch I won't be and I didn't want to waste the money I don't really have to be spending on stuff so I didn't meal prep for the next few days stuff for lunch that I can bring with me and I brought it today and I ate it Allstate did pretty good my water did not work out but that's OK cause I worked out yesterday and I have physical therapy tomorrow and I'll probably hit the gym later tomorrow after work so yeah I just little steps that you know being consistent I just making sure that I'm being consistent and I know that little steps will get me to where I want to be
Wow, congrats on the new job. In terms of meal prep, I would love to hear some recipes you've been using for it because, you know, I'm really like old school with it and I just do chicken, broccoli, or I'll just do a salad. But I definitely need to be more creative because having those meals are not only repetitive, but they get really boring after a while, if that makes sense. But yeah, I would love to hear from you.
