Hey guys so I've noticed some people are just saying that I feel kind of stuck lately or like there's not a rut and I just wanted to say that you're definitely not alone because I get that way too I feel that way to times what helps me try to get out of that right is just like changing things up changing things up for a minute It's like I love weightlifting like I'm always gonna love weightlifting but sometimes I just need a break from it him so I will still stay active but like it might be getting outside and biking or jogging running taking kickboxing classes or any other form of activity like make it fun and make you know there's nothing wrong with that at all Long as you're moving that's all that really matters so I hope that if you are somebody who's feeling like you're in a rut that maybe that'll help just change things up a little it doesn't have to be for forever but I just noticed for me that it it's pretty beneficial for me when I do that
I feel like when you start to eat healthy, it's not about dieting. Just gain better eating habits, switch out bad habits for good habits. That's the best way to do it.
