So I have had a lot of time on my hands and I have been trying to find new ways to make money and now I just make money but also help out other people I am huge and health and wellness And I do believe that healthy looks different on everybody and it's not like a one size fits all so with that said I have been messing around creating a couple different journals one is more based on like food like a food side with it also includes like a mental health check and then Not body measurements per se but just like kind of analyzing your body like how do you feel does anything hurt type thing just because I have been so fixated on the scale before so I'm really trying to steer away from that too much I do believe that the scale is good to use as data but when you become so fixated on it it's not always healthy so for those who do follow me on other platforms and stuff I feel like this could really be helpful So I'm really excited to be launching that one this week and then another one I'm gonna be launching soon is more based on like mental health and stuff so in gratitude but I'm just curious if anybody does journal because I know I never used to until recently and I don't journal every day but sometimes I do and I do feel like it helps me
Yeah me personally I am I love journaling actually I haven't done it in a long time so I was glad I'm glad that you do you know posted about journaling you can help me get back on track but you have to like generally is it is a very healthy way to release a lot of things that you're holding and it helps you keep track of things that you know you may not be on track with him in it is it is it's a very good thing so yeah
Yeah, I can definitely say journaling helps a lot Which I've done in the past and I need to pick up again Because you could do so many things whether you could do like a to-do list and then not to-do list you can list things you're grateful for and essentially if you go to the park and you meditate and you start Jarring down notes. It really helps reflect on your thoughts as well, especially dominating thoughts and
I think it's good to let out your thoughts and have a healthy outlet of what's going on in your head. And then just to try to fit and put all of your thoughts together in one area, so it won't get all jumbled up. and it's a good expression just to let out your feelings.
I personally have not journaled in quite some time but I think it's a good way just to like clear your head to clear all your inner thoughts I mean I'm big on talking to myself cell I feel like it's kind of the same things that you're putting onto paper definitely think it's a good idea for those who don't really have many people to talk to you but even if you do I feel like I should go like a great personal time to get for yourself
