What motivates me is just thinking about my future self and how I want to look and feel in my body and my mind and every choice that I make I think about that and how it's going to affect my body and you know not everything is about vanity but at the same time I do you want to look young for like as long as possible and that definitely motivates me to make healthy choices and yeah
I really just love the way that I look and how I feel whenever I make healthy choices. So like whenever I started eating cleaner, my skin started to clear up, my skin was brighter. I had more energy. I just felt better overall. And even with working out, it was pretty much the same thing. Like I had more energy. I was more light on my feet, my mood improved. I had a more positive attitude. It just makes you more motivated and excited about life overall.
Aside from like looking good and feeling great really it is to have a better. A better menstrual cycle through and through because if you don't have a healthy lifestyle your period is going to fucking suck
