Have you had dandelion greens? I just started foraging dandelion greens again and throwing them in my salads. I chop them really finely so that I don't notice it as much. It is bitter, but I'm trying to get used to that because bitter food is so good for us. bitter plants are so good for us. Yeah, daddy langreens are so full of nutrients and they're free outside.
I've had it in a greens drink that I bought him but I haven't had them like straight up before but I did just buy some and I do want to forward them and I've heard amazing things about them so I'm pretty excited about it because bitter cleanse cleanse the liver so so good

So I'm thinking really the only bitter greens that I've ever had is like arugula so I'm curious if it'll taste something like that which goes really nice and a salad with like lemon flavor is another citrus right
