Running update. When I first decided I was gonna run a half marathon, I felt like I had so much time. It was like, it was a couple weeks ago, three weeks ago, and my marathon is supposed to be June 24th. And I got so sick for two weeks and I feel like I'm so behind. So I'm still gonna keep training as hard as it's gonna be. I really want to do it. But yeah, we'll see. Do you believe in me?
Of course we believe in you, so even though you didn't get to practice the way you wanted to, you're still going to be successful and that's going to make for a great story and boost your confidence. You can definitely do it.
You know running is great for you, you're just going to make sure that you take care of your knees and your joints. If you're running on pavement all the time, it can get kind of hard.
Yeah I realize that my ride yesterday was much more of a challenge for me because I had it I had it rolled out my calves at all and as soon as I did last night I just like felt so much better I think I could do a way better run today
