Do you feel like eating healthy improves your mental health? I know for a fact that it does and I think it does to every single person on earth. Eating healthy is so important for our hormones to function, our brains to function in general. And I'm wondering if you feel more clarity, just happier. I'm definitely a lot nicer of a person what I'm eating really clean and really nourishing my body
100% it improves my mental health because healthy foods like vegetables and fruits and Whole Foods because of the chemistry of the food it affects the chemistry of your brain so you consume a lot of inflammatory foods like processed sugars and flowers and fast food your brain is not going to produce the hormones that it needs to because it's not getting the nutrition it needs and so it's a good it's a ripple effect and so the healthier you eat it supports mental health 100%
Absolutely, there is a direct correlation between eating healthy and nourishing your body versus is binge eating fast food, but it definitely has an effect on my mental state.
Yes I thought I thought it's because you're nourishing your body with all the vitamins and things that you are missing out on when you're having say you know a takeaway or junk food
You know what? I think it Loki does. Some foods make you feel heavy and more tired. When you eat clean and stuff you feel better. When you feel better physically, you feel better mentally. I don't know if that makes sense.
Yeah to get a sense of nutrients is actually very hard in the world that we have to make eating a lot of diverse plants and other things and it like when your body is getting the essential nutrients you will feel so much better there's no doubt
