Happy Thursday have you gotten a workout in today I am currently outside in the sun I've got my yoga mat I've got my booty band I'm got my laptop set up outside here and I am doing a few different workouts on YouTube and just enjoying the day Yeah let me know if you are doing any workouts today what you're doing how are you feeling
I am still going away if we one or two days before I do like a big sweaty workout or after like two weeks of really bad illness and I just got my period two days ago so what are we to days because I'm very nervous about our Overdoing it just with how bad my headaches from the sinus infection are but that as soon as I feel better I'm super excited to get a work out lol
The hardest part about getting sick this time was definitely like how much progress I feel like I've been working out really good everything I have feel I was feeling really strong before I got sick which is you know it's hard to start I'm not starting over but I'm definitely starting a few steps behind but really excited to get back to the job
I love that for you. It sounds like you're having a really good day and a great workout. I love getting active outside. There's just something about, I don't know, working out outdoors that makes you feel way better. But as for myself, today I'm feeling a little under the weather, so I'm just probably going to do some yoga inside in my apartment just so I can say, you know, I did get my body moving in some kind of way.
