Do you take protein powder and if you do what kind do you take and what is your favourite flavour I am currently hooked on the garden of life raw organic all in one shake and I get it in chocolate flavour and it is delicious it's got so many good ingredients and I love that it's raw and vegan and organic and it's delicious

I have not tried that one and I really should because I want to another raw one but the other one I used to use a coconut it is hot it off this one does but I'm allergic to coconut unfortunately

But I'd really love a raw world because I feel like protein powders have so much shit I love it I want like Raul nutrients it's I just I have inspired again I love that you're on this app because we're both so they connected to health and it's so nice to like go to see what you're doing and you can see what I'm doing

Yes this is so good and I'm looking at the ingredients and there's nothing about coconut I don't react well to coconut milk so I tend to stay away with from products that have coconut in it too it does makes my stomach just hurting but yeah the ingredients in here are amazing and Yeah I highly recommend trying it out I think you can buy like sample packets to

Yeah I know currently taking vital strength vanilla plant protein it's so delicious I've tried so many plant proteins and son that have really weird aftertaste or like really Gritti but this one is not it's my favourite by far
